Alabama Retail Comp’s preferred provider organization is AlaMed – Alabama’s largest workers’ compensation PPO network.
AlaMed is a Workers’ Compensation Preferred Provider Organization formed in 1991, by five Alabama Third Party Administrators to assist with minimizing the spiraling workers’ compensation medical costs. (Source: alamed.net).
AlaMed serves thousands of employers across the state of Alabama through a vast network of physicians, hospitals, medical facilities, physical therapists, occupational therapists, home health, and other health related providers.

Locate a Pharmacy
ARC has partnered with Corporate Pharmacy Services (CPS) to provide prescription medications to injured workers. All prescriptions for workers’ compensation-related medications should be filled through Corporate Pharmacy Services, with limited exceptions.
