All work-related accidents should be reported to Alabama Retail Comp immediately, even if potential fraud is suspected. Online reporting is available 24/7 for your convenience and ensures prompt claim receipt. Completing the First Report of Injury online is the fastest way to initiate a claim.
Employer Portal
Online reporting through ARC’s Employer Portal is available 24/7. Claim reporting through the Employer Portal requires log-in credentials and role-based security permissions.
